The Opportunity

Hayesville lacked a welcoming gathering place that combined specialty coffee, local craftsmanship, and community events. Rather than opening another coffee shop, I envisioned a destination that celebrated regional culture while supporting local artists, musicians, wineries, and small businesses.

The goal was to create an authentic community experience that strengthened the local economy while establishing a distinctive retail brand.

My Leadership

I built the business by

  • Developing the brand strategy, identity, and customer experience.

  • Designing the retail environment and merchandising systems.

  • Curating locally made products and partnering with regional artisans.

  • Producing community events including live music, wine tastings, art exhibitions, and fashion shows.
