Built the brand and marketing foundation for a high-growth private-label manufacturer serving B2B & B2C clients in cosmetics & wellness, owning brand architecture, identity systems, product/packaging, websites, sales enablement, content strategy, and trade shows. This work contributed to a 5% increase in market share and a 30% growth in revenue.

  • Directed development of 40+ brands across identity, packaging, sites/landing pages, and sales collateral, improving cross-channel brand recognition and retailer readiness. Notable brands include After Dark, Admiral, and LuvMor.

  • Launched new product lines (GTM) with integrated content strategy, email, and social, delivering message maps, creative toolkits, and sales playbooks that lifted pipeline quality and accelerated sell-in.

  • Standardized production with SOPs and asset libraries enables repeatable workflows for writers/designers, reducing rework. Brand books are deployed portfolio-wide to safeguard consistency.

  • Project managed trade shows (booth creative, collateral, lead capture) and sales enablement kits used across client portfolios to support distributor/retailer conversations.
